RCB vs GT Highlights, IPL 2023: Shubman Gill’s unbeaten century powered Gujarat Titans to six-wicket win over Royal Challengers Bangalore at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Sunday. The win eliminated RCB from playoffs, while Mumbai Indians advanced. They joined GT, Chennai Super Kings and Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2023 playoffs. Talking about the game, Virat Kohli scored unbeaten 101 off 61 balls as RCB posted 197 for 5 in 20 overs after GT skipper Hardik Pandya won the toss and opted to bowl. MI vs RCB, IPL 2023 Highlights: Suryakumar Yadav anchored Mumbai Indians’ chase with an 83-run knock off 35 balls as the side beat Royal Challengers Bangalore by 6 wickets at the Wankhede Stadium on Tuesday. Chasing a target of 200, MI reached home in 16.3 overs. Besides Suryakumar, Nehal Wadhera also played a crucial knock off 52 not out off 34 balls. It was Ishan Kishan’s 42 off 21 that had set the tone for MI in the big chase. Earlier, RCB posted 199 for 6 in 20 overs. Glenn Maxwell scored 68 off 33 while Faf du Plessis hit 65 off 41. KKR vs PBKS, IPL 2023, Highlights: Andre Russell and Rinku Singh were the star of the night as Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Punjab Kings by 5 wickets in a last-ball thriller at the Eden Gardens on Monday. Russell hit 42 not out off 23, while Rinku scored 21 not out off 10 balls — an innings that included a match-winning boundary. Earlier, Shikhar Dhawan’s half-century, followed by crucial cameos from Harpreet Brar and Shahrukh Khan guided Punjab Kings to 179 for 7 in 20 overs. Dhawan scored 57 runs 47 balls while Shahrukh hit 21 not out off 8 and Brar scored 17 not out off 9. Varun Chakravarthy (3 for 26) and Harshit Rana (2 for 33) were the pick of the bowlers for KKR. The hosts then stopped LSG at 171 for seven in the stipulated 20 overs. For LSG, Quinton de Kock was the top scorer with a 41-ball 70, while Kyle Mayers made 48 off 32 deliveries. Mohit Sharma finished with excellent figures of 4/29 in four overs for GT. GT vs DC, IPL 2023, Highlights: Ishant Sharma and Khaleel Ahmed picked two wickets apiece as Delhi Capitals defeated Gujarat Titans by 5 runs at Narendra Modi Stadium on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya’s unbeaten 59 and Mohammed Shami’s four-wicket haul went in vain. Earlier, Shami’s brilliant spell helped GT restrict DC to 130 for 8 in 20 overs. Shami returned figures of 4 for 11, while Mohit Sharma (2/33) and Rashid Khan (1/28) were also among wickets as the GT bowlers were right on the money. IND vs WI, Women’s T20 World Cup Highlights: Deepti Sharma and Rich Ghosh shone as India defeated West Indies by six wickets in their in their Women’s T20 World Cup Group 2 match at Newlands in Cape Town on Wednesday. Opted to bat first, West Indies lost some initial wickets but Stafanie Taylor smashed 42 off 40 balls and kept the momentum towards her side. However, Deepti scalped three wickets and Pooja Vastrakar and Renuka Singh also scalped one wicket each as West Indies were restricted at 118/6. Later, Richa Ghosh remained unbeaten at 44 and Harmanpreet also scored 33 as India registered a 6-wicket win with 11 balls to spare. This was India’s second win in the tournament while i was the second loss for West Indies. (SCORECARD)
