India vs England Live Score, 3rd Test Day 2: Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja slammed centuries to help India post 445 against England in the first innings in Rajkot. Rohit (131) and Jadeja (112)’s 204-run partnership set the tone for India before debutants Sarfaraz Khan and Dhruv Jurel impressed with solid knocks. Sarfaraz hit 62 while Jurel scored 46 during his crucial partnership with Ravichandran Ashwin (37). Jasprit Bumrah put on a late show in the second session on Day 2, slammming a quickfire 46 to take India close to 450. For England, Mark Wood was the pick of the bowlers with four scalps to his name. It was Mohammed Shami’s five-wicket (5 for 54) haul that helped India restrict New Zealand to 273 despite Daryl Mitchell’s 130 and Rachin Ravindra’s 75. In the chase, Rohit Sharma’s 46 provided India a superb start before Virat Kohli’s well-knit 95 stole the show. India hunted down the total in 48 overs. RR vs CSK, IPL 2023 Live Updates: Yashasvi Jaiswal slammed a brilliant half-century before Rajasthan Royals spinners choked Chennai Super Kings to register a comfortable 32-run win and move to the top of the IPL 2023 table. Jaiswal (77 off 43) continued his rich form with his third fifty of the tournament before Devdutt Padikkal (24 not out) and Dhruv Jurel (34 off 15) provided the final flourish to register the highest total — 202 for five — at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium. Spinners Adam Zampa (3/22 in 3 overs) and Ravichandran Ashwin (2/35) then shared five wickets between them to restrict CSK to 170 for 6 despite Ruturaj Gaikwad (47) and Shivam Dube’s (52) best efforts. Todd Murphy claimed seven wickets but lacked an equally good support from the other Australian bowlers. Visiting skipper Pat Cummins had opted to bat first in the game. Australia did a decent job with the ball with wickets at regular intervals but knocks of Rohit, Jadeja and Axar kept India in the driver’s seat throughout the day. Todd Murphy returned a five-wicket haul, but lacked support from other bowlers. On Thursday, Australia skipper Pat Cummins had won the toss and opted to bat first.
